1. Service description

Omadata is a personal data aggregation platform operated by Growing Branches Oy (Finland). The service collects, normalises, and displays your personal financial and health data from connected providers.

2. Read-only posture

Omadata is a read-only data platform. We retrieve and display authorised data — we never initiate payments, move money, or modify data at source providers.

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and enabling two-factor authentication before connecting financial providers.

4. Pricing and billing

Omadata charges per data refresh event. Pricing is shown transparently before activating any flow. No hidden fees or monthly platform charges.

5. Data ownership

You own your data. Omadata does not sell, share, or use your personal data for advertising. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Finnish law. Disputes are resolved in Finnish courts.
